If hired, you are aware of and agree that you are an “At Will” contract employee and can be terminated at any time by your employer. The contract employee is to abide by all rules, Dress codes and regulations of the employer at all times while employed. (No Rude, Obnoxious, Belligerent, Disrespectful or Physical, Emotional, Verbal, or On-line Violence will be tolerated. See your Termination Policy)
If hired, you are aware that you will be paid minimum wage amount of $3.63 per hour and the employer informed you they are taking a 22% tip credit that you have the right to retain all your tips.
Agree to the Termination, Dress, and Rules and Regulations of the establishment. (No Rude, Obnoxious, Belligerent, or Disrespectful behavior)
If hired, you are aware that you the contractor/employee and employer hereby knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally agree to waive any right either may to a bench trial or a trial by jury with respect to any litigation related to or arising out of, under or in conjunction with this agreement.
There is to be “NO” possession of or use of “DRUGS” on the premises, in the parking lot or around the establishment. We do not condone or want usage of any substance not legal in the state of Maryland, County of Prince Georges. Doing so may result in legal action
If hired, you are aware of and agree that any dispute between the employer and employee/contractor related to this contract will be settled by voluntary mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration of the American Arbitration Association.
There is to be “NO” Solicitation on the dance floor meaning, “NO” sexual contact with the customers. “NO” spreading open of your Vagina or buttocks, “NO” touching or exposing the genitals of the customer. “NO” allowing the customer to have their genitals exposed and touching or rubbing against your buttocks and vaginal areas while on the dance floor and this goes for the bar or any areas in the establishment. If you are found committing any of these violations, you will be subject to dismissal and /or termination and or legal action. The employee agrees to abide by “ALL” the rules and regulations at all times
Do you understand we hold a HCCP Food and Liquor Liscense from PG County, MD and do not allow outside food beverage or alcohol is permitted in our facility. NO Exceptions.
